Terms of service

By participating in a coaching session/programme or receiving a tarot reading, you agree to the following:

  • You must be over the age of 18. 

  • Kelsey (Aligned with Kelsey) will not be held responsible for any actions or decisions that you make following a reading or session. 

  • Tarot readings and coaching session do not replace any professional, financial, legal or medical advice. You are responsible for your own free will and decisions and coaching sessions do not take away from your own judgement. 

  • For legal reasons, you acknowledge that tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only, with no guaranteed outcomes. Tarot is interpretive in nature and should not be relied upon as absolute fact. 

  • Kelsey (Aligned with Kelsey) assumes no legal liability for any damages, losses or other consequences from your decisions. It is only with this understanding that you will be accepted as a coaching client. 

  • Kelsey (Aligned with Kelsey) is not acting in the role of a medical or mental health professional during the coaching container, and accepts no associated responsibility or liability. 

Cancellations and refunds. 

  • Your coaching package or session will not be reserved until payment has been received - this may be full payment or first instalment if opting for a payment plan. 

  • Payment plans must remain up-to-date in order to proceed with scheduled appointments. Failure to make instalment payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services until the account is brought up to date. 

  • Currency is in GBP (British pounds). 

  • No refunds are offered for coaching programmes. All sales are final upon purchase. 

  • All appointments are expected to be scheduled at the beginning of the coaching package, unless otherwise discussed and agreed (this may be accommodated with prior warning communicated upon booking). 

  • Kelsey (Aligned with Kelsey) requires 48 hours notice in order to reschedule a coaching session. No-show appointments will not be permitted to reschedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your session, this will be considered a no-show and the appointment will be forfeited.

  • Rescheduling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice will be considered on a case by case basis at Kelsey’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Kelsey (Aligned with Kelsey) reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client is disrespectful, abusive, or otherwise unsuitable for a coaching container. Applying for coaching does not automatically equate to acceptance.

  • By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to pay the full programme fee in instalments. Entering into a payment plan in a commitment to the entire coaching programme, and early withdrawal does not exempt you from completing payment.
